Buried
03:33
|
|||
Wasted a life and a half
Diggin' up all the dollars you spent
Buried the bank and buried my head
Draining into your fingers again
Would you dig
Yourself free?
Try climbing up i'll kick you down
Toss you a towel make sure you’re clean
Folded papers under the bed
Notes with ink pouring off as it bled
Burn the mattress no more dreams in your head
Missing eulogy the dream is dead

No Contact
04:31
|

You’ve got both your shoes on, they're tied up too tight
Fastened your ankles, but feeling just right
Strife fractures feelings, dust in the frame
No contact
Jump to conclusions, make way for space
another copy, drafted and fake
Strife fractures feelings, train your brain
Stagnant dripping times, washed over their eyes
Blind them from your reason, no contact

Pride
03:59
|
|||
Warm air underneath it all,
don’t wanna run so why should I crawl
Endless space in your empty dreams,
coalescing with the air we breathe
Down and out, the heat it pounds,
these aren’t your words but make them loud
Round and round, spinning round and round,
these aren’t your tales but try and be proud
Floating back, cover up dark screams,
blankets that burn and sheets that gleam
Step back in a world of hurt,
dig a new ditch or is it time to desert

Turning Tides
04:19
|
|||
Rolling heat, electric feed
What I've got you can not read
Feeling heavy like a slot machine
Pull that arm, turn up the beat
Keep your eyes on this moving brain
Tighten your corners all in one frame
Time on our side, making waves, turning tides
Hide, not to find, deep inside, life’s a prize
Curtains down, extras leave the stage
Green room visions cloud their rage
No director, direction, directive
Cast is called by those who elected
Keep your eyes on this moving brain
Tighten your corners all in one frame
